In order to allow for the greatest flexibility possible during your stay, we offer you the option of checking in and out on your own.

Carefree Dining:
For families and those sharing the same room, wearing a mask at the table is not required. Maintenance of safe distancing at meals – two meters between tables or one meter from chair-back to chair-back – is guaranteed, though. Our service staff is equipped with the appropriate safety equipment. The kitchen is working with the greatest care, but still with lots of love.

Carefree Relaxation:
Our outdoor pool is available for your relaxation. Massage and treatments will take place, following precisely defined safety measures.

Safety for All:
In order to ensure a carefree holiday, we provide plenty of means for disinfection, all over the grounds, mouth-and-nose protection and other safety equipment.

A Well-Informed Holiday:
Everyday life is gradually returning to normal in South Tyrol. With the AlmencardPlus (included in the price) you can plan a lot of activities - maintaining the necessary safety precautions, of course. Using the cable cars, because of the given capacity, every family gets its own cabin.

CANCELLATION & INSURANCE
Please send us your cancellation in writing, via e-mail or by letter.
Due to the current situation, cancellations up to 7 days before your arrival date are free, from 7-2 days we charge 70% of the agreed price, from 2 days, in case of no show or early departure we charge 100% of the agreed price (until 08/11/2020).
