Pleasure lies right at the heart of our gourmet hotel. Therefore we take particular care to spoil you in the evenings with our Bacherhof gourmet menu in all its varieties, where you can select your personal favourites. In addition we offer crispy fresh salads and vegetable dishes from our garden.
Weekly highlights are our friendly welcome aperitif, the candlelit gala dinner with pleasant background music, our extensive cheese buffet and the Italian evening.

Toni is a sommelier. Trust his advice: he knows exactly which special South Tyrolean and Italian wines are stored in his wine cellar and he is sure to surprise you with an unusual glass or two!
