Our herbs are the secret of our kitchen: We use them to flavour our dishes in a particularly tasty way! As natural as fresh spring water: our ingredients Eat yourself healthy at the Bacherhof! Natural and organic ingredients are of particular importance to us. Thus 90% of our meat comes from local organic farmers in Meransen, usually from the farm of Zita’s brother. Milk is also delivered farm-fresh to our door. You notice this closeness to nature in the wonderful taste.
